Chelan Walmart Grocery
Deliveries every Tuesday & Thursday.

Before placing your order, make sure Chelan is selected as your pickup store — otherwise your order may go to Omak by mistake.

How to Set Chelan as Your Store on Walmart
Deliveries only available from Chelan Walmart Supercenter (ZIP 98816). Please follow these steps to avoid your order going to Omak:
📱On the Walmart App
- Open the Home screen.
2. Tap the store name in the top left corner.
3. Search for Chelan Supercenter, 108 Apple Blossom Dr.
4. Tap Make This My Store.
💻 On a Computer (Desktop)
1. At the top left banner, click the dropdown (it may say “How do you want your items?”).
2. Select Pickup.
3. Choose Chelan Supercenter, 108 Apple Blossom Dr, 98816 from the list.
4. Choose your pickup time — either 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM.
✅ Double-Check at Checkout
- On the final checkout page, look under Pickup from.
- It must say: Chelan Supercenter #3754.
- If it shows Omak or another store, click Change and select Chelan.
Closed on major holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. Deliveries resume on the next scheduled day.

What areas do you serve?
We deliver throughout the Methow Valley, including Pateros, Methow, Carlton, Twisp, Winthrop, Mazama and surrounding areas. If you’re outside these towns, contact us—we can often accommodate special requests.
What stores can you pick up from?
Currently we partner with Methow Valley FoodShed (Twisp), Twisp Feed and Walmart Grocery (Chelan). Have another local stop in mind? Reach out and we’ll let you know if we can add it.
How do I schedule a delivery?
Place your grocery order directly with Methow Valley FoodShed, Twisp Feed or Chelan Walmart.
Use our Delivery Calendar to reserve your delivery date. The time slot you select is a placeholder to secure your spot for that day.
We’ll email or text to confirm your final delivery window.
When should I place my grocery order?
Please place your order by 10:00 PM the night before your scheduled delivery day to guarantee service.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are based on your grocery total (excluding sales tax):
$0–$125 → $35
$126–$250 → $50
$251–$375 → $75
$376–$500 → $100
Add $25 for each additional $125 in groceries.
How do I pay?
After scheduling, you’ll receive a secure Square invoice for the exact amount. Pay online by credit/debit card before delivery.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. You can leave a cooler or other drop-off instructions in the Delivery Calendar form and we’ll follow them.
What if my order total changes after I schedule?
No problem—your invoice will reflect the final grocery total, including any adjustments for added or out-of-stock items.
Can I tip my driver?
Absolutely. You can add a tip when you pay your Square invoice or leave a cash tip at delivery—your choice.
What if the weather is bad or roads are closed?
Safety comes first. We’ll contact you to reschedule or adjust the plan if conditions make delivery unsafe.
Do you deliver alcohol or restricted items?
We coordinate alcohol orders, but Washington law requires that you be present with valid ID to receive those items directly. Methow Express does not deliver alcohol or restricted items unattended.
Can I return or exchange items from my order?
Because Methow Express provides delivery only and does not sell or stock the groceries, all returns, refunds, or exchanges must be handled directly with the store where you placed the order.
Chelan Walmart: Visit your local Walmart or use their online return system with your Walmart order confirmation.
Twisp Feed: Call or visit the store directly.
Methow Valley FoodShed: Contact the FoodShed vendor listed on your receipt for their individual return policy.
If an item is missing or damaged due to delivery handling (for example, an item was crushed or spilled in transit), please email [email protected] within 24 hours and include photos if possible so we can review and assist.
Can I cancel or change my delivery?
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 10:00 p.m. the night before the scheduled delivery day without charge.
Cancellations made after the 10:00 p.m. cutoff or after the order has been picked up may be charged the full delivery fee to cover time and routing already committed.
To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or simply reply to that message.
Are you affiliated with the stores you deliver from?
Methow Express operates as an independent delivery provider. We pick up customer-placed orders from various retailers and markets, but we are not owned by, operated by, or officially endorsed by any of those businesses.
